cntp is standardized entry program throughout the bosch china for junior managers as well as young talent with leadership potential with up to 3 years' professional experience. it guarantees common standards across the bosch group in china in terms of training content and development goals, while setting the benchmark for the qualifications demanded of our future managers. it provides practical training to prepare highly qualified young talent to take on leadership tasks in the future.

  工作职能responsibilities

  1. lead & develop country unit regional and plant service organization to support service requirements (sales support internal and service sales revenue generating)

  岗位要求qualifications

  1. university graduate in engineering, hydraulic background of advantage.

  2. be familiar with industrial and mobile applications, including marketing relationship establishment, the organizational structure of industrial life, frame work of products sales; specialized knowledge in hydraulic parts of advantage. service and/or sales related experience required

  3. be familiar with service processes including repair, field service (commissioning), spare part sales and warranty claim handling, maintenance, customer training and machine retrofit. know well service management regulations, key performance indicators to control and plan sales, inventory, headcount, expenses, investment and profit

  岗位要求qualifications

  1. university graduate, at least bachelor degree in mechanical & electrical integration, mechanical engineering and automation or other related major.

  2. have strong communication skills and coordination skills

  3. preferable at least 3 year experience in branch of industry automation. be familiar with hydraulics (e.g. rexroth) as a plus.

  5. good english skill, both in written and speaking. (german as a plus)
